Our Customization Process
Step 1 – Inquiry & Brief Share your product requirements, target market, furniture dimensions, color preferences, logo files, and any structural preferences. The more detail you provide, the faster we can turn around a proposal.
Step 2 – Technical Drawing & Quote Our engineering team produces a technical drawing and an itemized quotation within 3-5 business days. For structural modifications, a DFM (Design for Manufacturability) review is included.
Step 3 – Sample Production Physical samples are produced in 7-10 business days. We ship via express courier with tracking. The sample cost is credited against your first bulk order.
Step 4 – Sample Review & Approval You review the sample against your specifications. We accommodate up to two rounds of revision before mass production sign-off.
Step 5 – Mass Production Bulk production commences after written approval. Production updates are provided at 50% and 100% completion milestones.
Step 6 – QC Inspection & Shipment Full pre-shipment inspection is conducted by our in-house QC team. Third-party inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek) is available upon request. Shipment by sea (FCL/LCL) or air freight is arranged per buyer preference.
