Rigorous Raw Material Sourcing and Inspection
Our professional procurement team carefully controls the quality, safety, and environmental compliance of all raw materials used in furniture production.
For solid wood furniture, we source FAS-grade solid hardwood lumber. We do not use finger-jointed panels or boards assembled from small wood offcuts to imitate full-length solid wood. These materials are excluded at the sourcing stage. During incoming inspection, we verify the wood species and examine the moisture content, grade, thickness, grain pattern, warping, cracks, knots, insect damage, decay, and color variation.
For panel furniture, all panels used for the same order are sourced from the same production batch to maintain consistent color and surface gloss. We also inspect panel thickness, density, internal structure, bonding strength, warping, moisture content, and other key quality criteria.
Each batch of raw materials undergoes trial production to evaluate its machinability, structural performance, and reliability after processing. If a batch fails to meet our standards, the entire batch is rejected and returned to the supplier.
Production Capacity
Our factory operates across 20,000 m² of production and warehousing space and employs 260 people. Our facilities include a raw material warehouse, a solid wood workshop, a panel furniture workshop, painting and drying areas, an upholstery workshop, a packaging workshop, and a finished goods warehouse.
Four production lines are equipped with more than 50 specialized machines, providing an annual production capacity of over 1.7 million units. To keep our manufacturing capabilities at the forefront of the industry, we continually modernize our equipment and improve our production processes. This enables us to provide efficient lead times for both sample development and bulk production.
Our main international markets include North America, Europe, Australia, and Asia, and we have more than 10 years of experience serving European and North American customers.

Inspections cover each key stage, from raw material sourcing and manufacturing to sanding, finishing, and packaging.
Once the inspections are complete, we prepare detailed quality reports and maintain full records of the results. Any product that fails to meet our standards is either reworked or rejected. These inspection records, together with production photos and videos, are shared with the customer. We also maintain close communication throughout the manufacturing process and promptly discuss any issues that arise.
Customers are welcome to appoint an independent third-party inspection agency to inspect their products before packaging. We stand firmly behind the quality of every order we manufacture. Yes. The solid wood used in our furniture undergoes controlled kiln-drying and heat-treatment processes. These processes help eliminate wood-boring insects, larvae, and eggs that may be present in the raw timber while also bringing the wood to the appropriate moisture-content level for furniture production.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Our standard minimum order quantity is 100 pieces per model. However, we value the opportunity to begin a long-term partnership with your brand, so the quantity for an initial order may be discussed based on the product design and specific project requirements.

How can I place an order?

What are your payment and trade terms?
We offer EXW, FOB, and CIF trade terms. Our standard payment terms are a 30% deposit by T/T, with the remaining 70% payable against a copy of the bill of lading.Depending on the order type and value, payment can be made by T/T, PayPal, or credit card. Please contact our sales team to confirm the payment method applicable to your order.
How can we track the production status of our order?
We monitor the production and quality-control status of your order at every key stage. We can provide photos and videos throughout the manufacturing process and keep you regularly updated on production progress.
Can you meet Amazon FBA and other e-commerce packaging requirements?
Yes. We support Amazon FBA and other e-commerce packaging requirements. Packaging can be customized to meet your retail and fulfillment needs.
We can optimize carton dimensions, apply FNSKU barcode labels and suffocation warning labels, and prepare shipments in accordance with Amazon’s receiving and packaging requirements. Please provide your FBA packaging and shipment-preparation requirements during the sampling stage.
Do you provide samples, and what is the sample lead time?
Yes, samples are available. The sample fee can be credited toward your first bulk order. Sample production normally takes 7–10 business days after the design and specifications have been confirmed.
Samples are usually shipped by express courier, such as DHL or FedEx. Delivery generally takes approximately 3–7 business days to most destinations after dispatch.
Do you accept third-party inspections?
Yes. We welcome inspections by independent third-party inspection agencies before shipment, providing you with complete transparency and greater confidence in the quality of your order.
What is your production lead time?
Our standard production lead time is approximately 40–45 days after the order details and deposit have been confirmed. The exact lead time may vary depending on the order quantity, product complexity, customization requirements, and production schedule.
How do you ship your products?
Our products are generally shipped by sea from the Port of Qingdao in eastern Shandong Province. Our factory is located approximately 70 km from the port, providing convenient access for export shipments.
Other shipping methods may also be arranged depending on the order size, destination, and delivery requirements.
What happens if there is a quality issue? Do you provide a warranty?
We take comprehensive measures to prevent quality issues throughout production. However, if an issue does occur, our team will respond promptly, investigate the cause, and work with you to provide an appropriate solution.
We value long-term partnerships and are committed to growing together with our customers’ brands. Our products are covered by a one-year warranty, subject to the agreed warranty terms and normal conditions of use.
